PheWeb is a web-based tool for visualizing and browsing through hundreds or thousands of genetic association results in an efficient and intuitive manner.
This version of PheWeb displays results of 2,419 available traits from ~337K unrelated white British individuals in the UKBiobank. We are grateful to the Neale lab for making available this initial release of results. Summary statistics were downloaded using wget commands provided here.
